A story of passion and love “for good things”
Our history as producers of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena begins more than a century ago.
From the same grapes from which he made his wine, great-grandfather Antonio began to produce balsamic vinegar at home, as was the tradition in the Modena families.
In fact, it was customary for the birth of a child to dedicate a barrel or a whole battery of barrels precisely to the newborn who, once an adult, would inherit a small “patrimony” of precious black liquid.
Taking up this ancient tradition, the Fiorini family has kept the barrels in their attics for years, taking care of them with meticulousness every year.
Today, having reached the fifth generation of producers, this family reserve has inspired us to create an Acetaia completely dedicated to the production of Balsamic Vinegar.
The small barrels of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena have been flanked by increasingly large barriques and vats, in which the products mature from a minimum of two months up to several years.
The range of products has expanded, from the classic bottles of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO to the innovative Gourmet Glazes based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, we want to offer you only high quality products.
Over the years, several professionals have joined the company, creating a close-knit team, which works in compliance with the disciplinary and rules indicated by the consortium for the protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
