Making one of the symbolic products of Made in Italy in the gastronomic field means being aware of continuing the ancient traditions, which must be known and respected.
But continuous research and the desire to offer unique products to the consumer pushes us to do something more besides respecting tradition: we want to innovate.
From this challenge our Monovitigno IGP Balsamic Vinegars are born

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is traditionally produced with the grapes of seven specific grape varieties: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni.
Our Monovitgno are born from the challenge of creating a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena from a single grape variety in purity , to make the most of them we have chosen the two main grape varieties that make up the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, underlining the strong link with the territory: Lambrusco and Sangiovese .
The result is a line with unmistakable characteristics capable of satisfying even the most sophisticated consumer.
